Hall Rentals

Our grounds and facilities are open annually for trade shows, concerts, banquets, dances, meetings, and almost any special occasion.
Large paved parking lot. Setup is provided which includes podium and sound system. Trade show curtains and table skirting are available.

Exhibition Centre Main Hall

  • Can accommodate 500-550 people comfortably with tables, chairs, and stage.
  • 11,000 sq. feet
  • In house sound system
  • Kitchen facilities with all appliances including freezer
  • Use of the bar
  • Great facility for weddings, conventions, trade shows, corporate events, galas, music cabarets and lecture theatres


Exhibition East

  • Can accommodate 65-75 people comfortably with tables & chairs.
  • 1720 sq. feet
  • Rental includes tables, chairs, cooler, portable bar and Event Supervisor
  • Suitable facility for meetings, suppers, birthday or Christmas parties and weddings

Exhibition West

  • Can accommodate 40-50 people comfortably with tables & chairs.
  • 1395 sq. feet
  • Exhibition East and West can be combined to accommodate larger functions
  • Kitchen servery available depending on other rentals within facility
  • Rental includes tables, chairs, servery, cooler, portable bar and Event Supervisor
  • Suitable facility meetings, suppers, small birthday/anniversary parties or Christmas parties and training classes

Exhibition East/West Hall

  • Can accommodate around 120-140 people
  • Rental includes tables, chairs, cooler, portable bar, small kitchen, and Event Supervisor
  • Suitable facility for meetings, suppers, birthday or Christmas parties and weddings


Exhibition Centre Board Room

  • Can accommodate 25-30 people comfortably with tables & chairs
  • 735 sq. feet
  • Servery counter
  • Suitable for meetings, bridal/baby showers, lectures, art or exercise classes, socials

Optimist Centre

  • 110 seating capacity
  • Small hall suitable for meetings, socials, and small functions
  • Kitchen includes large stove and fridge

Pioneer Log House

  • Suitable for socials, suppers, small weddings, Christmas and birthday parties, meetings
  • Capacity 55 people
